If the glass is existing for the project, we advice buy self adhesive type switchable film for project. Self adhesive switchable film stick on glass,then it is with same working effect with switchable smart glass.
Before order the smart film,we should test glass measurements. If the glass with frame, we advice,the film is same with glass outside without frame size. and film should be a little smaller than the glass outside.
If you are not be sure of glass size, we advice, reduce 3-5mm from glass size. then it is film glass.
If end-user client, we advice: buy Smart PDLC Film pieces according to project’s needs. Everything will be ok before delivery. When received the goods ,they are ready to install.
The right way to cut a film is to you a trimmer or scissors. A utility knife is not good to cut film since it cause problems in the edges that may cause a short circuit.

Smart film comes complete with a self adhesive layer making installation to existing glass easy without the need for water or any additional mounting adhesives. Simply install the smart film and wire back to the transformer. The transformer can then be switched on / off by a standard lighting switch or our stylish RF remote control.
Custom shapes can be laser cut or multiple pieces can be joined for large partitioned areas.
After installation, use special glass glue to seal four side,then it is water-proof and humidity proof. When clean, you can denatured alcohol to clean it.
